The Tenth House
The Tenth House looks to vocation, visibility, and the structures that shape a public life. Two figures stand atop a monumental stone form—part pedestal, part organic growth, its contours echoing the upward reach of a plant. The figure on the left extends a sprout toward the being on the right, an offering within a sacred space of exchange. This gesture, rooted in the grounded energy of the earth, speaks to reciprocity and the passing of responsibility. The painting reflects the balance of gravity and grace that comes with stepping into one’s role in the world.
This painting was included in a solo exhibition at Chefas Projects in April 2025.
