My name is Betsy and I am pursuing an MFA degree. I started this journey in the Fall of 2004 after waiting many years for this program to become a reality.

This site is about my time as a student in the first class of the MFA program in art at UCF.

I plan to show my art as it develops during this time and to share some of my thoughts about the program.

Some people think I'm crazy for doing this at my age, but what the heck! This is something that I have always wanted to do but, for various reasons, was unable to do so until now.
